Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who processes it, and how to have yours deleted — in plain language.

Last updated: August 8, 2026. Keystone Industrial Services ("we") runs this website. This page says plainly what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect, and why

  • Forms you submit. Quote, callback, PM, pop-up callback and job-application forms collect what you type — typically name, company, job title, email, phone, a description of your equipment or, for applications, a résumé you attach. We use it to respond to you, quote work, or consider an application. That is all.
  • Basic analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages get used — page views, approximate region, device type. It sets cookies and collects usage identifiers. We use it in aggregate; we do not try to identify individual visitors.
  • How pages get used. We use Microsoft Clarity to see which parts of a page people read and where they get stuck — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and a replay of the visit rendered as an anonymous outline of the page. What you type into a form is masked and is not captured. We use this to fix confusing pages, not to identify you. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record the visit at all.
  • Phone calls. If you call, we know what you tell us.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • We do not send marketing to addresses that did not ask for it.
  • The 52 free tools require no sign-up and collect nothing beyond the analytics above — no email walls, ever.

Who processes data for us

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host). Analytics are processed by Google, and page-usage recording by Microsoft. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry and application details as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them, then delete them. Want yours corrected or deleted sooner? Ask — call (562) 805-3250 or use the contact form, and we will do it. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; the same phone number honours those requests.

Not for children

This site is for industrial businesses and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
