Where we work
On-site industrial maintenance across Southern California, on site within 24 hours — and remote support anywhere in the country.
We are a service-area business. There is no shop counter to visit — we come to your plant. On-site work covers Southern California, and remote support is available anywhere in the United States.
The area we cover
We are based in Bell, in the middle of the Los Angeles industrial corridor. The ring below is 150 miles out — every county we serve sits inside it.
Distances on this drawing are straight-line miles, not drive time. The I-5, I-10 and I-15 corridors do most of the work: Ontario and Riverside are an easy run, San Diego and Barstow are a longer day.
On-site coverage
Los Angeles County
Our home ground, including the industrial corridor — Long Beach, the South Bay, Vernon, Commerce, Santa Fe Springs, Carson, Compton and Paramount. Hard water in Los Angeles plants — the eastern basin averages 16.3 grains per gallon, what that scale costs, and how to find it before it costs more.
Orange County
Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Buena Park and the surrounding manufacturing base.
Inland Empire
Riverside and San Bernardino counties — Ontario, Fontana, Corona, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside and the warehouse and manufacturing belt along the I-10 and I-15.
San Diego and Ventura counties
The wider drive. We cover both; travel is quoted up front so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Response time
We commit to being on site within 24 hours. That is a commitment we will put in writing, not a best-effort aspiration — which is precisely why we do not claim same-day for everything. When you call, you will be told when we can actually be there.
After-hours, weekend and shutdown work is available at a premium rate. If your window is a Saturday night changeover, that is often the right time for us to be there rather than an inconvenience.
Remote support, nationwide
Outside the drive radius, or when you need an answer in the next twenty minutes rather than the next day, remote support covers a surprising amount:
- Phone and video diagnosis — your technician holds the meter, we read the results and direct the next test. This resolves more calls than people expect.
- Program and configuration review — send the PLC program, drive parameters or trend data, and we analyse it.
- Training and procedure writing — PM programmes, troubleshooting procedures, and training your team over video.
Not sure if you are in range?
Call and ask. If you are outside the radius and the job needs hands on it, we would rather tell you that on the phone than after a two-hour drive.
Industries we know
Food and beverage, packaging and plastics, water treatment and utilities, and military and aerospace. See about Keystone for what each of those environments taught us.
Machine down, or planning ahead?
Call and you get a technician, not a call centre. On-site across Southern California, remote support nationwide.
