Built on measurement, not mileage

Calendar-based PM wastes effort on healthy machines and misses the one about to fail. Where the equipment justifies it we trend condition instead — bearing condition from the L10 life and regrease numbers, motor health from insulation trends, machine health from MTBF and availability and OEE. Priorities come from an asset criticality score, so the critical machines get the attention and the trivial ones stop stealing it.
