The core offer is simple: the parameters that matter — temperatures, pressures, speeds, currents, run states — pulled off the equipment and visible from a computer, without walking to the panel. For an unmanned pump station or a machine at the far end of the plant, this pays for itself the first time it catches a problem early.
What we do
- PLC programming and troubleshooting — Allen-Bradley / Rockwell: finding faults in existing logic, modifying it safely, adding I/O, and documenting what the program actually does — especially when the person who wrote it left years ago.
- Getting machines onto the network — sensors and PLC integration, signal wiring done right, and the plumbing between the machine and your screen.
- HMI and SCADA screens — operator interfaces that match how the process actually runs, built new or fixed where they have drifted from reality.
- Dashboards and alerting — live values, trend history, and an alarm when a reading moves outside the band you set. Drift first, failure never.
- Control-system upgrades — replacing the obsolete relay logic or the controller nobody can get parts for, without losing how the machine is supposed to behave.
Where monitoring meets maintenance
This is not IT for its own sake. A trend line is a maintenance instrument: the motor current that creeps up as a bearing degrades, the discharge pressure that sags as an impeller wears, the temperature that says a panel connection is loosening. Live monitoring is the PM programme running continuously instead of once a month — and it is how a small maintenance crew covers a big plant.
The instrumentation underneath
Monitoring is only as good as the signal. We work the whole chain: 4–20 mA scaling, transmitter health, calibration, and loop behaviour — so the number on the dashboard is the number in the pipe.
