Line down?
Emergency industrial repair across Southern California — on site within 24 hours, after hours and weekends included.
A line down is not a scheduling problem, it is a money problem. Every hour it stays down costs more than the repair will.
What we commit to
On site within 24 hours, across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura counties. When you call, you will be told when we can actually be there — not a best-effort promise you then have to chase.
After-hours, weekend and shutdown work is available. That is billed at the higher hourly rate from the first hour — $175 with a PM agreement, $250 without — with no separate surcharge on top. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Call, do not email
The phone is answered by a technician who can start diagnosing while you are still talking. Sometimes that ends the call — a fault code read correctly over the phone has saved plants a callout more than once.
What to have ready
Two minutes of preparation makes the first call far more useful:
- What the machine is doing now, and what it was doing before it stopped
- Any fault code on the drive, controller or panel
- Nameplate data — voltage, horsepower, full-load amps
- What has already been tried, and anything that changed recently — a part swapped, a setting altered, a new operator
While you wait
If your technician is standing at the machine, our free troubleshooting trainers cover the readings we would ask for anyway — VFD fault codes, three-phase motor testing, 4–20 mA loops. Taking those readings before we arrive shortens the visit and your bill.
Safety first, always
Nothing on this page is worth an injury. If the fault involves a live 480 V enclosure and nobody on shift is arc-flash trained, lock it out and wait for us. Our crew carries OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E and LOTO training — see safety.
The better version of this page
The plants that call us at 2am least often are the ones on a PM agreement. Not because emergencies stop happening, but because we already know their equipment and catch the drift before it becomes a failure. If you are reading this during an outage, that is the conversation worth having once the line is running again.
