Why save a number for a company you haven't used?

Because machines don't schedule their failures. The day one goes down and your usual option can't come, the plants that recover fastest are the ones with a second number already in the phone. That is the entire ask of this page — the rest is us earning it.

Proof, before any phone call

We published the way we work. 52 free interactive tools — 20 engineering calculators and 32 troubleshooting simulators — built for our own technicians and left open, no sign-up. Judge the method before you ever pay for it:

All 52 are here. If your technicians find them useful, that tells you what working with us is like.

What we do, in one breath

Troubleshooting and repair when something is down. Preventative maintenance so less goes down. Department support when your team is stretched. Automation and monitoring so you can see your machines from a computer. All of it readings-first, on equipment we'll name plainly — and we'll tell you just as plainly what we don't do.

Three honest questions

We already have a maintenance vendor.

Keep them — good vendors are worth it. Save us as the overflow number for the day they are stretched thin or the fault is outside their lane. Second-opinion diagnostics is some of our best work.

Are we inside your service area?

On-site covers Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura counties, from our base in Bell. Outside that, remote support — phone and video diagnosis, program and configuration review — covers the whole country.

What does a first call cost?

The call costs nothing, and plenty of first calls end there — a fault code read correctly over the phone has saved plants a callout more than once. On-site work is hourly with a four-hour minimum, every rate published on the pricing page.

Want us to call you instead?

Only name and phone are required — the rest helps us call prepared. We call within one business day.
